Terms of use

These terms describe how accounts, community features and account activity operate on CREX at crexmining.com. Read the privacy policy for information about account data.

Your account

Provide contact information that you are authorized to use, keep your credentials private and use a password of 12 to 128 characters when registering with an email address. Phone registration and sign-in, when configured, require a six-digit code delivered by SMS to the number you provide. Request codes only for a number you control and never share your verification codes.

By requesting a phone sign-in code, you authorize CREX and its SMS provider, Twilio Verify, to send that authentication message. Delivery depends on the provider, country permissions and mobile network; carrier message charges may apply. Codes expire after ten minutes, and a new request requires a waiting period. SMS sign-in is available only after the administrator has configured the provider.

Google sign-in is available when configured by the administrator. Linking Google to an existing CREX account requires signing in to that CREX account first. Your use of Google and other external services is also subject to those services' terms.

Trading and account records

Trading uses CREX's internal account ledger and market reference prices. Placing an order does not execute an order at an external exchange. Displayed USDT and CRX balances are internal account records; a displayed balance alone is not a promise that it can be withdrawn, transferred or redeemed for money.

External prices and charts can change or become unavailable. Review the available information before submitting an action. Administrators can manage account permissions and record balance adjustments in the account ledger.

Mining requests

Review the current plan, network, wallet address and instructions before submitting a receipt. A mining request is reviewed manually by the CREX administrator. Receipt submission does not automatically verify a blockchain payment or activate a plan.

After approval, select the approved plan and start it when the mining schedule and your account permissions allow. Account rewards follow the plan and schedule recorded by the app. Approval or a displayed reward does not by itself guarantee cash redemption. Contact the administrator about receipt decisions or plan questions.

Community use

Share only content you have permission to share. Do not impersonate another person, submit misleading receipts, harass members, publish other people's private information or attempt to bypass account access controls. Keep passwords and authentication keys out of messages and uploads.

The administrator can moderate community messages, restrict individual account permissions or suspend accounts. Feature availability, including calls, trading and mining, is controlled through the platform settings.
