YOUR CREX SPACE
Privacy policy
Updated
This policy describes the information used by CREX at crexmining.com to operate accounts, community features and account records.
Account information
When you register, CREX stores your name and the email address or international phone number you provide. If your account uses a password, it is stored as a salted password hash, not as a readable password. Account records also include an account identifier, creation date and account permissions.
If you use profile or community features, CREX stores the profile information, images, messages and attachments you choose to submit. Mining requests may include a receipt image or video, transaction hash, wallet address and messages with the administrator. Account activity is recorded in the internal ledger and related trading or mining records.
Phone verification by SMS
When SMS sign-in is available and you request a code, CREX sends your international phone number to Twilio Verify so it can deliver a six-digit verification code through mobile carriers. The code you enter is submitted to Twilio to confirm the request before CREX creates or signs in to the phone account. Requesting a code authorizes this authentication message; it does not subscribe you to marketing messages.
CREX keeps temporary verification information to match the request, limit repeated attempts and prevent repeated use. Codes expire and must not be shared. Twilio and the mobile carriers process delivery information under their own terms and policies, including Twilio's privacy notice. SMS availability depends on the configured provider and destination network.
Google sign-in
When Google sign-in is available and you choose it, Google asks you to authorize access to your basic profile and email information. CREX uses your Google account identifier, verified email address and name to create, sign in to or explicitly link your CREX account. CREX does not receive or store your Google password.
Google sign-in requests the OpenID, email and profile permissions. It does not request access to your Gmail messages, contacts or Google Drive files. Google's handling of your information is described in Google's privacy policy. You can review the connection in your Google account.
How information is used
CREX uses account information to authenticate you, maintain your profile, provide community features, review mining requests, maintain account balances and activity records, and manage account access. Authentication requests are limited to help protect accounts from repeated sign-in attempts.
Cookies and access
CREX uses an essential session cookie to keep you signed in. This cookie is HttpOnly and is marked Secure when the site uses HTTPS. Google sign-in also uses a temporary cookie to match the sign-in request with its response. Signing out ends the current session; signing out of all devices invalidates existing account sessions.
Account records and uploads are stored in the website's database on its hosting service. The CREX administrator can access account records to operate the service. Community messages and shared attachments are visible to members who can access the relevant community features. Direct chats are restricted to their participants through the app. Receipt attachments are restricted through the app to the submitting account and the administrator.
External services
SMS verification through Twilio, Google authentication, external charts, market information, news links and calls involve third-party services. Those services may receive the information needed for the requested feature and connection information, and apply their own privacy policies. Follow only links and share only content you intend to make available.
Retention and requests
CREX retains account information, uploaded content and activity records for account operation and administrator review. Expired or revoked sessions no longer grant access. This version does not provide an automatic account-deletion control or a fixed deletion deadline.
For questions about your information, corrections or deletion requests, contact the CREX administrator through CREX Chat. Do not send passwords or authentication keys in a chat message.
